Shipping Time

1: Non-customized and pre-sale products; shipped within 3-5 days on business days
Average arrival time: shipped from Rancho Cucamong, USA in the western United States, with an average delivery time of 1-2 days; shipped from Minnesota in the eastern United States, with an average delivery time of 1-2 days. Non-US regions need to be based on local logistics timeliness. The average delivery time in Europe (excluding Ukraine, Lithuania, Belarus, etc.) is 2-3 weeks; the average delivery time in Africa (excluding all regions in Central Africa) is about 3 weeks; the average delivery time in Asia is 2 weeks; the average delivery time in South America is 4-5 weeks.
2: Customized pre-sale products:
This type of product will have a relatively long production cycle. Depending on the complexity of the product, the average production time does not exceed one month.

  • For items that are currently in stock, please keep in mind that it may take an additional 1-3 days for warehouse processing before estimating the total delivery time.
  • If you are interested in pre-order items, please check the estimated date provided on the product's description page. Also, we kindly advise against choosing express shipping for pre-order items.

Customs Duties

  • Please note that shipments will be delivered without duty and tax paid.
  • As per local custom policy, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be settled by customers.
  • Please note that taxes are more likely to apply to an order that has been shipped via express shipping.

Restrictions

Our carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery to certain addresses, so please provide your address and specific details such as street/building numbers, accurate name, phone number, email, etc.
Shipping address limitations
  • Please use caution when providing PO.BOX/APO/FPO/DPO addresses for all countries/regions, as delivery to these addresses may result in lost packages and unexpected delays in shipping.
  • For specific countries or regions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, and European islands and territories, delivery times may be extended. If you want to receive your package faster, please contact customer service to inquire about expedited shipping options, which may require you to pay some additional shipping costs.
Attention
  • Please note that Express shipping does not support delivery to PO.BOX/APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping time may be slower for remote islands, and additional fees may apply for remote delivery addresses.
  • Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to collect your package from your local post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Failed Delivery Situation
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we cannot refund your order.
  • If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at support@sofpetohana.com as soon as possible before shipment and provide your order number and correct information.
